You would probably be amazed at how widely available alcohol, tobacco, and other drugs are to today’s youth. Chances are your children have come into contact with drugs in some way, even if they haven’t tried them. The fact is that all children will be faced with choices regarding substance use, and we must help them to develop strategies to make healthy decisions.
